The breakfast options were diverse and tasty, and the central location was convenient.

Last time we stopped we had a new-fashioned, silent room with balcony. The breakfast offered was rich with excellent coffee. Had a good stay here during our christmas.

Hello! The location is nice, near the beach, the room was great, quite new and great value for money (60 euros in mid April 2010). the staff is very nice and helpful. The massage is good and for a great price (15 euros/50 minutes). The Lounge is great looking!! Ask for a room with sea view, it worth. The fitness room is very well equipped!

The breakfast was quite poor, no fish options or variety of cheese, but great croissant. Espresso is per pay (2 euros). The spa area is quite dirty, a much better cleaning is needed. It's quite a pity for such a location. Big negative contrast between rooms and spa. Be aware that if you leave the spa area you have to pay the re-entry!!! Quite a shame! The parking is quite small so be aware in high season.

The atmosphere was peaceful and the service was top-notch. the breakfast had a solid variety and was absolutely delicious, especially the great coffee. ☕

The room was vrey big and clean, also the bed was very big.The sea view was very beautiful.The pool was great, the sauna too.

Prices of a Western European 5 star, quality of a 2 star or less. Sea view is actuallly tree view... view is blocked by trees... no towels for the beach available... food is bland... staff unprofessional... I wish I could say something good...

The hotel was top-class and modern. the staff were caring. - Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful location right by the beach. - the rooms were silent, new-fashioned with seaview, ideal for us. - the breakfast was rich with excellent coffee and had something for everyone.

The room was very big and comfortable. The facilities were great, with both an outdoors and indoors swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and spa facilities. We had a massage in the Spa and the prices were really accessible.

The guys are reception are rude and wouldn't help you much with things you normally get help anywhere you go (directions, recommendations for a good restaurant , area, etc) We first asked one receptionis to point us at a nice area to go out for a drink at night. She was on a personal call which she put on hold, and in a really bad way said she didn't know streets or "nice areas" and to go to some bulevard and find somewhere nice. Hu? She then continued with her call. Rude! Then we asked another receptionist if she could recommend us a nice beach nearby to go to. Pretty much the same answer. She didn't know any? Then ask!! Come on, show a bit of concern / offer some customer service to the customer that pays loads of money for a night at your hotel. That's what you are there for :-/ Another bad thing, there's no wireless internet anywhere in the hotel, even the cheapest hoStels offer that nowadays.

The location was perfect. The price we got for the room was also a very good deal and included also breakfast and lunch.

Not enough water in the mini bar :) Other then this everything was perfect.

The hotel is located right in the center of Mamaia resort, with the seaside just a few steps away. We loved the convenience of having everything within walking distance. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large bed for our children to sleep in. The breakfast had a nice selection of quality products, ensuring a good start to our day.

No negatives, everything was perfect.

Room-service is not non-stop (you can't even buy a water after 12 o'clock), i made my rezervation by booking and i payed at arrivel by cash and after i payed the room cash they still charged my creditcard.... i payed the room twice...

poor breakfast, expensive room compare to its value. Anyway on this site the price was cheaper then at reception that s why i choose to book here. Even if it was not so cheap i've prefered that hotel because had inside swimming pool and in that period was important this aspect. I didn t like that i got a room with no sea side view. On the site i haven t got the oportunity to choose this and at the reception they said that we came too late and all that room are given already
